Doggie Time
I need to make a bunch of new posts, but I don't have time to load up photos today. This is just a post to ask for names for a puppy. We are going to buy a dog this week. It looks like it will be either a black or chocolate female lab. So we need help in finding a great name. Something fun like the name my brother found for his cat--Her name is Katharine Dander, and they call her Kitty for short!! So if anyone has any clever ideas, I am open for suggestions!! Thanks for the help!

Sunny! I am so glad that you are posting again on your blog! I check it often. I hope London's baptism went well last Friday and I loved her testimony on Sunday, so sweet & pure!

I was thinking last night that if I got a dog I would name him Sheriff. Not super cute, but I think it fits their personality when I'm walking by their house and they try to eat me. And be sure to name them something your kids can say. I had a friend that had a dog named Trucker, and her brother couldn't say T's properly so it always sounded like....yep. Good Luck!
I've always liked the name Rosco for a dog. I don't know why.
I've always liked traditional names like spot or dot (which would be funny since it won't have spots), rover, ralph, sniffer, or something like that. I had a black lab as a kid named Shadow...mostly because as a puppy it was always underfoot. I guess for a girl you'd want something like Brownie or Sallie. Or maybe Mousse for a chocolate lab. Probably too many suggestions and none of them any good.
mcdermitt dog, mcdogmitt, diggity dog, dogonnit, hot dog, ding dang dog, veggie, more to come...
BTW we had a dog named nibbles. I love the name but everyone thought we were calling him... as Seinfeld would say, part of the female anatomy...
My sister's dog name is Dogg Williams (Williams is their surname). Honestly (I have NO idea why) but Ralph was the first name that came to mind when I read this. LOL

Hospital.
Something along those lines. ;>)
I was talking with Kaleb last night and I told him how your family was thinking of getting a dog. I said how you wanted name suggestions and this is what he came up with.... If it's a female chocolate lab name her Countess Chocula. I wish I had more, but there is something. Take care you guys, we miss having you here.
